Level three features a stylish living room and spacious kitchen, 65" TV, coffee bar, office desk, and beautiful palm tree studded ocean views. The final stairway to heaven leads to the rooftop deck, an oasis with firepit and lounge to drink in the sunset.
This monthly rental is the perfect place to settle in with all the comforts of home. Located on a quiet street in downtown Oceanside, you are walking distance to the beach, restaurants, movies, shopping, coffee shops, live music, and markets. With high speed internet, privacy, and a designated work space, the home is fully equipped for people working remotely or those who travel to Oceanside for work.
The front gate and house are accessed by a keypad door code. Guests also have access to the two car garage.
We respect the privacy of our guests, but we are there when you need us. We live close and can be onsite quickly.
Oceanside is a fun, eclectic little city. We have a plethora of great local restaurants and bars, with live music to be found any night of the week. There's plenty to explore outdoors, with bike trails, pier, harbor, and parks all close by. While we are located downtown near the beach and train station, our street is quiet. The train adheres to Oceanside's "quiet zone" mandate, so they don't use their horns in town. Because the trains stop at the station nearby, they don't fly through town either. The home offers the best of both worlds: quick access to the social scene, but privacy when you want to get away from it all.
Oceanside hosts a weekly Farmer's Market as well as a Sunset Market, a local favorite with a variety of food, crafts, and entertainment.

Rachel began hosting short term rental guests at her own home in Oceanside 2012. Since then, she has helped other homeowners rent their properties on sites like Airbnb and VRBO, and now here at We Stay Coastal! She lives in Oceanside with her husband and two young boys. She works as a substitute teacher at the local high school during the week and loves to go to the beach with her family on the weekends. She loves to travel and often chooses coastal destinations for her own vacations.
