This is a WeStayCoastal property. Hidden in the heart of downtown Oceanside, this studio provides all the comforts of home within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the urban scene. The studio layout makes this tiny home feel spacious, with queen size bed, comfy couch, kitchen, 65" TV, and shuffle board table. The private yard is cozy and green with BBQ grill. This is a perfect space for a couple or single individual who wants to explore all that Oceanside has to offer.
This is an ADU (unit B) accessible from the alleyway only. The alley gate locks and the home is private, with fully enclosed sideyard and backyard. It is centrally located and well-suited for traveling nurses and remote workers, with high-speed Wifi and a small office. It's also a great fit for couples and travelers who want to explore Oceanside and walk to the beach.
Alleyway access only. The side gate has keypad code lock to enter. Free street parking available at the end of the alley.
Accessible by the alley only (free street parking). The exterior gate and front door have keypad code locks. We give guests their space and privacy after arrival, but will respond immediately if guests have any questions or concerns during their stay.

Rachel began hosting short term rental guests at her own home in Oceanside 2012. Since then, she has helped other homeowners rent their properties on sites like Airbnb and VRBO, and now here at We Stay Coastal! She lives in Oceanside with her husband and two young boys. She works as a substitute teacher at the local high school during the week and loves to go to the beach with her family on the weekends. She loves to travel and often chooses coastal destinations for her own vacations.
